The Ben Franklin museum comprises a combination of artifacts, audio-visual exhibits and interactives. Mad Systems created the AV system for this venue.

Apart from the main AV, this venue also has a multi-lingual audio system to allow visitors to hear presentations in one of 11 languages. The same system also supports special presentations for hard of hearing and visually impaired visitors.
