This is one of our more remarkable mechanical tools – a #OMAX waterjet cutter. This device uses water and sand to cut up to six inches of plastics, wood, aluminum, steel, titanium… or just your sandwich.
We can cut tool steel gearwheels, custom plates, and special mounts for projectors. Because we have our own unit in house, it’s cost- and time-efficient.
Nothing quite like having your own set of quality tools to get things done, and because we don’t need to wait for days between design cycles this turned out to be a great investment, even though we only use this great production machine when we need it.
