Operator, Docent, and Maintenance Control Interface
The Deck™ is Mad’s operator interface for a configured AV++® installation. The project assigns controls and system views to docent, floor, supervisor and maintenance roles, with the appropriate authentication and permissions.
A docent might start an approved presentation or choose a visitor interaction. A supervisor might monitor an operating condition or apply an authorized override. A technician might inspect diagnostic information or adjust a permitted parameter. These are examples of role design; the actual controls and access boundaries are specified for the venue.
Delay Preview
The Deck™ includes Delay Preview as part of its operator interface. The preview behavior and the content paths it covers are specified for each installation.
Real-Time System Overview
The Deck™ can combine the device health, content state, interaction state and exceptions supplied by the integrations included in the project. TruCheck™ measurements and TruView™ visual checks can contribute to that view. Their coverage and the age of the information remain relevant to the operator’s decision.

For each role, define the permitted actions, the state shown, any preview and commit sequence, and the confirmation or exception returned. Authentication, remote access, logging and support responsibilities belong in the same specification.
For a preview-enabled path, specify the information an operator sees and verify its relationship to the live system during commissioning.
