TruView™ provides remote visual checks within a QuickSilver® installation. The selected capture or inspection path gives authorized operators a view of the output or exhibit state that path can actually show.
Operators can use the view to investigate a reported problem, inspect a restart or check the visible result of a permitted adjustment. Coverage, viewing position and the age of the image matter. A remote view does not establish what every visitor sees from every position.
Through the Deck™, the visual check can sit alongside device state and the physical measurements provided by an included TruCheck™ configuration. Each source retains its meaning and limits.

Specify the capture or inspection method, covered areas, image timing, authorized users, access path and any retention. If a view can include visitors, that information and its permitted use belong in the venue’s privacy design.
A commissioning review checks what can be concluded from each view and which conditions still need a physical visit or a separate measurement. Remote access, network dependencies and support responsibilities are part of the delivery scope.
