Remote visual verification of exhibit display, projection, and lighting status. See exactly what visitors see, from anywhere on the network.
TruView™ enables operators to see exactly what visitors see, from anywhere on the network. It provides remote visual verification of display, projection, and lighting performance across the venue, confirming that content is presenting correctly and that no exhibit has failed silently since the last check.
For venues where a supervisor cannot physically walk every exhibit zone before opening, TruView™ provides the equivalent of eyes in the space without requiring physical presence. It integrates with the Deck™ operator interface, giving role-appropriate stakeholders a real-time visual status overview of the installation.
Pre-opening venue sweeps without physical walkthrough. Remote confirmation that overnight system restarts completed correctly. Visual verification during remote support sessions that a display or projection adjustment has taken effect in the space. Documentation of exhibit status at opening and closing for operational records. Integration with the Mad Systems remote support layer for proactive issue identification before visitor-facing impact.
TruView™ operates within the QuickSilver® compute layer and is managed through the Deck™ interface. It complements TruCheck™ automated performance verification by adding the visual dimension, delivering both measured output data and direct visual confirmation in a single operational workflow.
